Ned Nwoko asks fans to leave Regina alone

Senator Ned Nwoko has appealed to fans, bloggers and social media users to stop attacking his estranged wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, and give her space to recover. He also warned that people spreading false reports about her health and personal life could face legal action.

“I want to make a sincere appeal to the public, particularly Regina’s fans, friends, bloggers and social media commentators, to please give Regina some breathing space,” he said.

Nwoko expressed particular concern about false reports concerning Regina’s health and personal life. He said the actress came across many of the posts being shared online and that they caused her distress.

He also warned bloggers and social media users against deliberately spreading false information about her to attract attention and online engagement.

The senator said publications containing fabricated stories were being documented and that those responsible could be held accountable through the appropriate legal channels.
