Where the Event Happened
The high-octane event was hosted at Sol Beach, Elegushi Private Beach in Lekki, Lagos. The beachside location provided an intimate, open-air backdrop where fans gathered in crews to enjoy the holiday festivities. Moving away from standard indoor concert venues, the sandy shore gave attendees a relaxed yet vibrant night party atmosphere that ran straight into the early hours of Friday, October 2.
Songs and Guests on Stage
Seyi Vibez stepped onto the stage sporting a red jacket, red shoes, three-quarter black jeans, and his signature dreadlocks. He commanded the crowd with songs from his 14-track project SWAGUU, including his hit anthem "GTA" and "Dejavu".
He was not alone on stage—several top-tier guest performers added extra spark to the night. Partygoers were treated to energetic live sets by:
* Peruzzi
* Shoday
* Muyeez
* Terry Apala
Supporting DJs kept the music flowing throughout the night, ensuring the energy never dipped between stage transitions.
Why Fans Enjoyed It
The night stood out as an authentic celebration of Lagos street culture. Even with a late turnout and a brief initial tension, the mood shifted completely as Seyi Vibez took the mic.
Fans cheered and sang along word-for-word to tracks from his SWAGUU era, particularly during his SWAGUU performance of "GTA," a track that connects deeply with youth culture through themes of ambition, survival, and street hustle. The combination of ocean air, live pyrotechnics, and close interaction between the artists and the crowd made the Seyi Vibez Lagos beach turn-up one of the most talked-about events of the holiday season.
