Disqualified Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Nomy has got Nigerians talking again after she opened up about her time in the house.

Nomy, whose real name is Whitney Chukwu, was disqualified on September 7 after Big Brother cited repeated defiance of his instructions. She was on Benchwarmer punishment and was told to remain on an assigned bench and wear a vest. Big Brother later confronted her after she left the bench.

In a new interview with Chude Jideonwo on the WithChude podcast, Nomy said her experience in the house traumatised her. She said her disqualification was unjust.

She said, "I don't know who GehGeh or Peller are, never heard of them before. My experiences in the Big Brother house traumatised me. I was unjustly disqualified. Normally, what makes people leave the house is disqualification, and to get that you need three strikes. I was on one."

Nomy also said she felt she was in enemy territory in the house. She added, "I was in the enemy territory, and even though I'm the villain of this season, I'm still the main character." She described her exit as the first time a housemate was revoked in BBNaija history.

The clip is spreading because she mentioned popular social media personalities GehGeh and Peller. Many viewers expected all housemates to know them. On X, reactions are mixed. Some fans sympathize with her and say the house was too harsh. Others say rules are rules and she should accept the disqualification.
